CNC profile milling
Accurate hole patterns, slots and threads in aluminium and plastic profiles. Parts fit the first time, every time.
We machine aluminium and plastic profiles with a focus on accurate mounting points and stable geometry. Hole patterns, slots and threads are produced within tight tolerances so parts go straight to assembly without adjustment.
Bending and forming
From plate to precise form with consistent angles and repeatable quality, including step-bending for curved geometries.
We bend and form sheet into precise components with consistent angles and stable geometry. When the design calls for curves, we use step-bending to reach the right radius with good repeatability, time after time.
Profile bending
Curved aluminium profiles with stable radius and accurate mounting points, machined before bending for a precise fit.
We bend aluminium profiles for armrests, frames, stands and structures where form and function are closely linked. When needed, we machine the profiles before bending so hole patterns and slots land exactly right in final assembly.
Deburring and finishing
Removes burrs and unevenness after milling and laser cutting, safe handling and professional appearance.

Press-nuts and threading
Assembly-ready parts with press-nuts, press-bolts and threading. The right fastening for material and load.
We install press-nuts and press-bolts in aluminium, steel and stainless, and thread both plates and profiles. The result is assembly-ready parts that go together without surprises, whether it is ten or ten thousand.
Welding
TIG and MIG welding with clean finish and stable geometry, so the parts fit together the first time.
